Model No.297 "Boy's surface" (plaster)
The collection is located at the Mathematical Institute of the university. It contains more than 500 exhibits of plaster, wood, threads, metal, paperboard. There are lots of models of mathematical surfaces and other mathematical objects, models from kinematics and mechanics, calculating machines, drawing instruments, and devices such as planimeters. The collection covers a period of time between 1780 and 1930; most exhibits date back to 1870 until 1920.
